Offset Open-Type Multi-Purpose R/F Table System

CUREVISTA is Hitachi’s unique R/F table system that allows two unique functions; “Offset Table” and “Offset Arm”.

The arm travels in both longitudinal and lateral directions. CUREVISTA offers excellent coverage of the patient by a wide scanning area and allows examinations to be operated without any movement of the table and patient. It is designed to provide comfort to all patients during examinations.

2-Way Arm

Longitudinal/transversal slide mechanism has been adopted for the imaging system.
With the 2-way arm adopted, higher-order safety and amenity are achieved.

By adding a transversal move to the ordinary longitudinal move, higher safety and amenity has been pursued. While the table is kept fixed, the field of view can be shifted. Safe examinations are aimed even for techniques with which moving the table is hard in such examination as endoscopy.

The offset arm realizes high-functionality.

By offsetting the X-ray tube assembly support, a wide space is made available behind the tabletop on which the patient is laid. The operator and staffs can easily access from both of the left and right sides that was hard in the past. This improves a working environment of endoscopic examinations and IVR.

Offset Table

The table shift mechanism secures a wide clearance behind the tabletop.

With the tabletop and imaging system sliding as a single unit, a wide access area is born even behind the tabletop. Since combination with the offset arm allows accessing from the center behind the tabletop, which was difficult so far, transfer from the wheel chair and stretcher and support in an emergency can be carried out quickly. Also, a space marked in red is newly created, which can be used for arrangement of the endoscope and monitor in ERCP, so the examination room can be used efficiently as compared with the past.

Clean Examination Enviroment

A round-shaped and seamlessly structured tabletop provides friendliness and a clean examination environment.

Round table

For the tabletop that accommodates the patient, friendly round-shape and warm coloring are adopted. Also, all around its edges of the tabletop is well finished giving warmness to the inorganic examination room.

Imaging Technologies

Image Processing Technology [FAiCE-V]

“FAiCE-V”, HITACHI's original Imaging technology, automatically provides high quality images in real time.

FAiCE-V is an automatic image processing technology which is commonly applied to Hitachi digital X-ray systems. Various kinds of image processing tuned up particularly for the VISTA panel are incorporated in CUREVISTA for providing proper images constantly.

VISTA.Desk

VISTA DESK: Easy-to-use and wide open-style. All technologies are incorporated in “1 Unit Desk”.

Digital fluoroscopic filing

It has been realized to file digital fluoroscopic images into a hard disk built in the console. Fine movements in such as contrasted swallowing examinations can be captured exactly and necessary images can be checked repeatedly.

Multi-modality display (*optional)

With the Q/R function, any image can be retrieved from the referenced image server on the in-hospital network. This supports exact and quick examinations.

Multi-operation

During fluoroscopy, images of any other patient can be displayed, edited and printed. It improves work efficiency during examination dramatically.

Compatibility Whit Network

CUREVISTA supports the world standard [DICOM3.0] of medical image communication standards.

FPD

VISTA Panel

An advanced 3^rd generation FPD panel [VISTA Panel] demonstrates outstanding performance in clinical examinations.

FPD [VISTA Panel] mounted on all series of the R/F Systems has been version-upgraded to the 3rd generation. S/N has been improved by a double folded dynamic range compared with that in the past and also by line noise reduction.

Flat Panel Detector

The FPD system has no distortion and sensitivity fluctuation that were the demerits of the I.I.-DR system. Also, since the subject can be recognized as far as four corners due to a rectangular field-of-view under a fluoroscopy, recognition of region-of-interest and positioning can be easily carried out.

The VISTA Panel realizes further high-image quality by not only securing a wide dynamic range but also suppressing data readout noises practically.

Size of FPD

With 2 kinds of maximum field-of-view [42cm x 42cm or 40cm x 30cm], CUREVISTA provides a practical system for endoscopic and digestive organ examinations.

Detailed Fluoroscopy

With Hitachi's VISTA PANEL is capable of acquiring sharp and high resolution fluoroscopic and radiographic images while greatly reducing circuit noise. Specifically, "Detailed Fluoroscopy", which reads data every one pixel (1x1-pixel) as the radiographic mode does to depict high definition images. This improves visibility of a catheter or implantable devises.
